Yes and people should also start closing more programs when running GGPO. Some people don’t know that even the slightest amount of CPU given to another program can potentially cause lag.

It is not exactly lag, it is (much) worse than that. It prevents the system from running the game copies properly and cause locks which eat button inputs and greatly decrease the frame rate. Lag is annoying but you know you will find it online, to some extent. Pressing buttons and directions to see nothing come out in the game is whole other story.

Ken DPs may be hard to react to offline, so Ryu under higher latency is likely to feel similar. I have played against him several times and I have never seen anything strange. He is just very aggressive - which you sorta need to as Ken - and the latency (90 ms for me) often makes it hard to react to things such as walk-up throws and overheads. You need to try and predict, instead. It’s just latency, and he seems legit.
