How do I unlock Saiki in KOF XIII?

I am doing 5 target actions per match yet I still can’t get Saiki to challenge me. Is it 5 target actions per match or per round?

You are correct: perform 5 (or more) target actions per round in Arcade mode. Repeat until you’ve defeated 3 teams (9 characters total), and the 4th team will be solo Saiki. Defeat Saiki to unlock the character.

Thanks! How do I pull off a Drive Cancel without doing a DM? It’s the only target action I’m having trouble with.

Drive Cancels can be performed by canceling one special move (on hit) into another. For example, Shen Woo can Drive Cancel his Gekiken (QCF+P) into Tenrenken (QCF+K), or vice-versa.
