How do I make Sony PS3 Street Fighter IV FightStick Tournament Edition work with SF V PC?

So, I had to buy a PCI USB 2.0 card, with a VIA CHIPSET (IT MUST BE THIS CHIPSET, OTHERWISE IT WILL NOT WORK). Long story short, your stick won’t work unless you have a intel chipset motherboard (or something like that).
