Basically I feel terrible about posting this because she’s an amazing girl and I’m so crazy about her.
She’s really pretty too and she doesn’t even wear makeup.
But she’s never really been like, one of those popualr girls, so i guess she never really picked up much of a fashion sense. She still sorta dresses like she’s 14.
And i mean, I’d never break up with her for a stupid reason like this !! But I’ve just always sorta appreciated when girls dress well, you know?

Dang, I was hoping this wasn’t a spambot thread, because I was actually wanting to ask the same question regarding my wife.
Well what i did with one of my ex’s at the time, we were going out on a dinner date and she wanted to wear a tshirt and jeans when i was all looking formal ish. I went in her closet and im like babe why don’t you wear this dress for me and those heels i want to see how you look in them. And it apparently worked don’t just you know, hey babe you look like shit put something better on, try to actually reason with them like depending on where you guys are going out. You’ll be suprised if a girl see’s you like actually wanting her to wear something better or dressing better she will be more excited to wear it to make you happy.
kill them with kindness. I always compliment them and talk about how hot or sexy they looked in a certain outfit. usually works all the time. also go shopping with her and make suggestions, respect her taste but talk about how cute or sexy she would look in certain items.
Stairs. Dress her in scars. She will thank you. Or else. :tup:

The closet thing doesn’t work, she doesn’t really have anything that would include any letters in the word sexy. Her dresses aren’t really fitting, she doesn’t wear skirts, doesn’t own a pair of heels. Took her lingerie shopping, and that was a catastrophe. She just kept saying “I don’t feel comfortable wearing this,” to anything I looked at, until I just gave up and walked out of the store.

Honestly, she’s pretty interesting otherwise. Fun to be around and the like. But yeah, the games in the trash was pretty brutal. That’s just stuff though.

I was replying to the dude with the wife, yes going clothes shopping will never work, girls (sorry to say) are uber picky. You will never ever be able to pick out something that she will wear. Though going with her is a plus, next time maybe less lingerie and more like casual wear. She’ll think its less about looking sexy and more about just looking presentable which they go hand in hand in a guys mind, and that’s assuming shes the kind of girl that doesn’t like to dress up for those that are just reading this lol. And if she doesn’t have any of those clothes in her closet then maybe get her to look at a magazine which im sure won’t be a huge task and like look at it with her and make small talk about the outfits you could see her wearing and them boom, go down to the local store, or order it for her and whip it out on the next date night, baby can you wear this dress i got it for you, its the one we seen in the magazine.
