Might be a good idea to just have a “How to deal with stupid shit general” thread like the one in the Marvel forum. Lord knows that Peacock isn’t the only thing in this game that people are having trouble with.
Everybody seems to have stupid shit in this game (which is a good thing IMO). We’d be better equipped to discuss it if we had actual character sections (and matchup threads within those sections) but so far, no such luck.

Anyways, as a Peacock player myself the hardest thing to deal with is Valentine. Her fantastic air mobility lets her just sail over the bullet hell and then come down on top of you with one of her retarded priority air normals. She’s not unbeatable or anything but she definitely gives me more trouble than, say, Cerebella.
Playing against Valentine is even more about prediction and timing than any of the other characters; you have to know when they will be in range to get tagged by your AAA before they are. Predict wrong and congratulations, it’s your birthday.
Trust me, if I were a mod in this board, I wouldn’t be as kind as Duckie.

Oh, to not make my presence here a complete waste, can the Double assist make it easier for your point character to get in? It could be used as sort of an anti zone projectile, like how teleport+beam/arrows is in mvc3
I prefer to pick filia and spam airborne heavy hairball like my life depends on it. I’m pretty sure its plus on block which makes it safe and getting that close or landing it a bunch of times makes any peacock get their shit in check real fast
Depends on how fast your character can dash in. For Parasoul, maybe, half screen is just about her ideal range anyway.
