How do i Electricity >> Rolling attack?

Seen some videos on how they do it. Is it just timing or is there some trick to it.

hold back before elect starts. time your roll.

Before you think about doing electricity charge. Whilst charging mash the eletricity, as soon as the electricity hits hit FORWARD/PUNCH for the roll. You can even (i think) go ELECTRICITY > ROLL > EX CANCLE > ELECTRICITY or whatever you want to do after a EX CANCEL.
