How do I do his fifth move?

in the command list how do i do the number 5 and what will it do?

i thought maybe it meant repeatedly hit kick but that doesn’t seem to do anything and the only faq on gamefaqs doesn’t mention the move.

The kick move isn’t really a move, it allows you to cancel his Serpent Slash (any of them) if you were to hold the move down. You just press kick while holding down the bitchslap, and he’ll taunt (with no meter increase for them).
