Hey guys, just wanted to know, when I’m practicing with Heihachi how can I tell if I did the button press fast enough for EWGF? It seems like it “electrifies” the opponent no matter how fast or slow I press it.
don’t do it on the opponent, IIRC EWGF will electrify heihachi/kaz/djin without hitting the opponent, and WGF won’t. and EWGF’s give off more electricity when they hit, though that was during TTT so I dunno anymore, lemme check. lol
EDIT:
just checked with all 3, and yes they still only get electricity on their own (w/o hitting anything) when they do an EWGF, when they land an EWGF the electricity is larger and there is a sound effect, and when the EWGF is blocked there is electricity. hope that helps, happy training
Thank you very much sir! Very quick and helpful.
Im not much of a mishima player but Mr. Bastos explained it pretty well.
Pulling off EWGF gives you frames on advantage. Only comes out if you do it fast enough.
EWGF does have a larger electric effect to it. WGF doesn’t really have much of an electric effect unless it hits the opponent. Also WGF on block doesn’t surge electricity over the opponent, EWGF does. Hope that helps as well.
If theres any mistake that anyone has found, please correct me if Im wrong. Im not much of a mishima player hehe
Kazuya: DORYA!
Jin/DJ: DAH!
Heihachi: Some kind of muffle grunt, I think he says HAH
easiest way to distinguish for me was put the cpu to block and the ewgf will give massive pushback compared to normal wgf.
