Sf4 online is shit
As important as having good net-code is having a good filtering and pairing system. Visible ping value instead of bars, the ability to black-list horrible connections or fine-tune the way quick-match screens potential opponents all help.
Fat chance they’ll do it, though, it makes too much sense.
Everyone gave it a chance and it bombed.
This isn’t like people black balled it, people played it and didn’t like it.
It became a decent game too late. Everybody picked up SFxT, but it was a steamy pile, so everybody dropped it.
Personally I’m not in the habit of waiting a year worth of updates to turn a game I purchased into something decent. Especially not with all the other options out there. So I dropped SFxT after the first couple of months.
