I have One big question about the Paris Hotel.
There’s an age restriction to reserve and to check in which is 21. I’ll be turning 20 on August so I think I might not be able to. There’s no exception in that is there? 
Evo has all kinds of ages going so I’m wondering if the hotel would make any exceptions (which im doubting :/)
No. Hotels require someone 21 of age check in. No getting around that as far as I know.

Yes the hotel will not waive under 21 to stay there. There are some hotels like motel 6 and others that allow people 18 and over to stay in them. You might want to check with those if you are truly stuck.
