Thank you sir. I will give that a whirl.
Doh. It still says it is in Japan lol.
Well usually they leave it a depot for collectionā¦depots usually open way earlier than working hoursā¦probably something like 6am or 7amā¦u can collect it before work.thats what i usually do when i have to go pick up a parcel.
Canāt wait to give my money to you, Per!
Thanks for the help and I hope I can pay fast, as itās my first time paying with PayPal. But for a HRAP2SA itās worth it:woot:
By the way, do you know when the new pre orders will arrive in your store?
We will ask Hori when it will come. I do not think they have exact date though. Mid Mayā¦
Got mine today. Tracking number still said it was in NYC, but it was chillinā at the post office when I went there today. Awesome stick, thanks a lot.
Quick, does the Ls-32 fit in? Before I have to find out tomorrow myself :wgrin:
sticks got. box they were shipped in was banged up and had a hole in it, but the sticks and actual stick boxes were fine.
thanks again! if thereās still preorders in a couple weeks, Iāll probably grab another.
My sticks turned up yesterday and I had a quick bash with Street Fighter :woot:. The sticks are really nice, although Iām not quite use to them yet (usually pay with a pad).
Thanks TRNG, it was a pleasure to deal with you.
mine is in tokyo JAPAN TIME

this is the best stick iāve ever played on!
DISCLAIMER
Ok, Collectors and worshipers alike, You may not like the pictures you see in this post but itās just for knowledge and future reference.
So I actually acquired an Octagonal gate last weekend, 2 days before my stick was scheduled to arrive so I decided to put it in the other day (Octagonal Gates > Square Gates IMO). I decided to snap a few quick shots from my camera phone so please excuse the horrible quality.
The inside of the stick still pretty much looks the same:

On the inside panel of the right side, there were these 6 screw holes that (as far as I could tell) didnāt serve a purpose. I couldnāt imagine what they were for and it actually didnāt make sense so if someone could explain this, thatād be awesome:

I didnāt get a shot of it but notice how the screws on the top panel have holes for an allen wrench? Well, thatās exactly what you need to get them off because unlike any other HRAP that I know of, this one has slots to keep the nuts in place. They didnāt come/fall off then I took out the screws from the top. Hereās a picture and again, please forgive the quality:

As far as I can tell, the thing is pretty boss. Now that I got an Octagonal in there, itās ready to go. I decided to snap a shot next to its older brother:

And hereās a shot of the boxes that I have piled up that I probably wont throw away:

Again, I apologize for the bad quality. I just thought Iād share some info with everyone. :wgrin:
Thanks for sharing. I wonder why they switched out the method for getting inside the case. And odd how those extra 6 screws are in there.
I have exactly the same HRAP2 as you (white buttons & balltop and holeplugs)
Can you elaborate on the allen wrench screws? Are you saying that after you unscrew the nuts from the bottom, you need an allen wrench to remove the bolts from the top panel?
:u: Good taste!
You need an allen wrench to get them out from the top. I have a picture on my phone but itās horrible quality but Iāll upload it for the sake of discussion:
http://forums.shoryuken.com/album.php?albumid=65&pictureid=948
You can kinda tell that they have allen holes. You donāt have to unscrew the nut from the bottom because it has the molding that holds it in place but I bet if you really wanted to, you can get it outta there.
I can get a digital and take better quality pics in the future.
Edit: Picture uploaded.

Homer likes HRAP2 more than the SA it seemsā¦
My SA is about to look like your white oneā¦when it decides to stop messing around and get hereā¦
And about those 6 screwsā¦Nice place for, ohā¦say, an Xbox 360 PCB?
