Hori Fighting Edge (xbox360) and pc

Hi there guys!

I have a problem with my stick and I don’t know how to fix it.
My Fighting Edge worked perfectly fine for 1-2 months. But then it just stopped working.
Everytime I plug it in, my pc won’t recognize it. The only thing it does is lighting up the blue lights at both sides and the touchspad LEDs.
The xbox button does nothing at all.

I tried installing the xbox controller drivers for pc, but it doesn’t help.

The weird thing is my TE works perfectly fine.

Can somebody help me??

Do you have a 360 or access to a friend’s 360? If so, have you plugged it in and seen what it does? It’s a simple step but it would yield a good amount of information.

I will try that out as soon as I can borrow a 360.

Sorry for double-posting!

I tried the stick on a 360: same problem!!

Blue lights on both sides and on the touchpad went on. But the 360 button does nothing.
