Hori Fighting Edge PS4 spring compatibility?

Its been a while since I’ve played fighting games. Ive had a few custom sticks years ago, but my last stick was a madcatz evo for 360. I was going to get a converter but then browsing youtube ive seen the new fighting edge for ps4 which I like.
And again, ive been out of the loop for a long time and have no idea if the recent sticks/components are going to be compatible with each other but im assuming so. With that said, what springs/part number/etc will work for this stick? I saw a video of a dude saying that while the short throw buttons are good, the sticks spring is wack. If its due to being too lite, I’d like to get something that is middle between that and heavy. Be easy on me, Ive pretty much am relearning. THANKS

Hori’s Hayabusa can use the same tensions springs as the JLF. “2lb tension spring”, “4lb tension spring” or you can use the stock JLF spring. Personally I think 4lb is a bit too much, but 2lb doesn’t feel bad.

Thanks! If I put in an order for the stick, Ill definitely order a 2lb spring!

For what it’s worth, I have a 4lb spring in my Hayabusa and I absolutely love it. I bought 2 and 4 and I tried the 4 and there was no need to bother trying the other one.

So ive been watching the only few videos of this stick and a few of other sticks that comes with the Hayabusa. Seems like people rather swap it out with a jlf. Is the stick not as good? Saw a comparison video of the Hayabusa vs jlf and a seimetsu and in the comments, some dude did his own and said the busa does has the shortest engagement out of the three which is nice.

I’m about to order the fighting edge tonight.

It’s pure personal preference. Some other the Hayabusa. Anyway, you can get a JLF in there too. If you like short throw you can buy an oversized actuator as well.
