Vs Sim jump jab can be suprisingly effective, great range and comes out really quick, alot of sims like to mash backdash after blocking non heavy jumpins so its sometimes good to just walk forward a bit after they block the jumpin.
Empty jump jab hands is great in ranges where its obvious Sim is going to use back Rh for AA. That move is surprisingly easy to empty jump kinda like sakura’s cr fp
If you get a knockdown, i good thing to try is to walk directly towards him and at the last second as he’s getting up jump forward, if he teleports are back or backdashes you get a full combo and if he does nothing you can press mk and make him block a crossup.
Don’t sit in the corner vs a sim on the ground baiting teleport so you can headbut, the damage is good but its not worth it to let him out of the corner.
Close HP is your best normal for hitting a sim teleporting behind you, 120 damage and a quick reset. Ex buttslam also beats it free along with the ex yoga fire teleport nonsense.
His short slide is very unsafe on block jab HHS that shit everytime.
Blocked yoga sniper is a free Hp headbut.
Buttspash spam can be very effective at times if the sim doesn’t know what to do but don’t fall in love with it, back mp and back RH beat it free.
Dont jump at a sim with U2 it also punishes blocked heavy and medium headbut.
Jump RH beats sim’s St Rh AA.

Thanks for the detailed responses. I’ve only ever played AE and Vanilla for the PC, so I don’t get to face a lot of good Sim players. One of the problems I had in the Sabin match is that I kept getting hit by his forward fierce whenever I tried walking forward, so I think I started jumping more to compensate.

I think it’s fake. BUT if you could kara from far s.HP(and that’s a big but, you can’t) it would be a neutral or backwards moving kara cancel, since in s.HP’s first frames of animation honda reels backwards a little bit.
Wow it has been a while since I posted one of my matches, anyways, this is for a tournament the box arena is holding, called "The League"
Basically its team matches of 5v5 each player divided by skill level. Each player plays their opponent in a first to 5, and based on how many wins you get, is how many points you earn for your team. Basically you can loose 4-5, but still get 4 points for your team. I had to fight my opponent online, since he was out of town, and I rarely play online due to the fact that I dont have a console system of my own to play on. So for this match up I had to go to a friends house in order to play him online. I won this one… but I didnt do to well, too many buttslams, and not enough footsies… for some reason, when I do get a chance to play online, just cant take it seriously enough =/ Anyways, here is the match:
