Hey guys. I’m searching for a video, but have no idea what tournament it was in, who the opponent was, etc.
It’s Mike Ross piloting Honda against a Sagat, and he’s on a pretty big comeback when he reads Sagat’s low Tiger Shot and Ultras through it at close range for the comeback victory… Haha, that’s all I know about it. I’m not even a big SSFIV player anymore, but I just randomly started trying to dig that video up and I’m having no lucky. I’m sure somewhere in here knows what I’m talking about.
Question: Would it have helped if you focused any of those hundreds of Burning kicks? I get killed by the same stuff when I fight Viper. Or maybe its just better to avoid being put in that position. IDK. I hate Viper.

You can’t practically neutral jump HP or any other move to make wiff some of these pressing.
And obvioulsy you played again the best Yun in the planet but even with that fact,i think the match-up is really tough.
I would have to disagree, I dont think this match up is that bad at all… as long as you can play a solid ground game, its all good. You can easily stuff the divekicks with st.fierce or st.strong, and still play a solid defensive footsies game with the twins. The biggest important factor in this match up, in my opinion, is making sure that you always have meter. Unlike with the rufus match up, the twins divekicks are not as good as rufus, and cannot do instant divekicks, thus making their divekick pressure game a bit easier to handle when in comparison to rufus.
Getting back into it, hated AE honda when I first played him, played Yun, Cammy, Fei Long, Boxer, Yang and none of them were really fun to me at all. AE honda isn’t that bad, some of my first ranked matches with Honda in AE. Hard to be patient after playing Yun the past few weeks but I’m working on it. Feel free to tell me I jump too much and all that. will update channel semi-frequently.
For some reason, TS Sabin joined my online lobby twice this morning (SSF4 AE for the PC). The first match was a draw, and then he destroyed me with Dhalsim.
i do the 1-2-3-1-3 method so after that happens i guess i go…1-2-3-1 2+3 but i’m holding down all three punches since you can hold jab down while pressing fierce and it will still give you a non-ex hhs…ya
As for the vs. sabin vids…i know i got sniped all day by the sim but i learned towards the end, he teleports alot so jump back strong or a late ex buttslam rapes that. You went 10 seconds without pressing a button full screen against sim…you’d be suprised what you can beat/trade with from that far…also some ultra 1 opportunities were there…but we’ll chalk it up to online…if your gonna jump as often as you were try early mp or even roundhouse…just my two cents
