can someone plz give me a template of this fighting stick plzzz and plz tell me what size to print it
Since someone asked for a more detailed description of mounting the Sanwa stick to the Lioncast case, using the original mounting holes…
There are (at least) three different solutions i know of:

The easiest solution:
The easiest solution is the same as the one described by ‘laugh’ 5 years ago in [this thread](Paewang Revolution (Mayflash) Modding Tutorial ver. Laugh [Lots of pictures] Which means:
Take a craft or x-acto knife and cut away those four points…

… on the base of the Sanwa stick (to make room for the screw heads) and mount the base like this:

You need some shorter screws for that, since the original screws are too long. Some 2.9x13mm round head tapping screws should work just fine (i don’t know if i’m right, but 2.9mm should be something between a #4 and #5 according to this list).

My modified solution:
I modified this solution a bit. The first steps are exactly the same (= cut away the points) - but i did go further by changing the base even more. I used a fretsaw to cut away the sides and a drill with a 7.5mm drill bit to widen the four hex holes:

You have to use some silicone oil or grease for drilling or else the drill get stuck (= best case; with low drill speed) or simply “eats” through the hole AND the base like nothing (= worst case; with high drill speed). I used some silicone spray oil for car locks and it worked like a charm. Since this wasn’t enough i later switched to an 8mm pencil grinder…

… to widen the holes even more. This way i was able to mount the Sanwa stick kind of the same way the original no name stick was mounted:

In this case some shorter screws are required as well - even shorter than the ones in the first solution. I bought some 2.9x9.5mm round head tapping screws on eBay, since my local hardware store couldn’t provide any screws nearly that size.

The “vicious” solution:
The third solution is from this old German modding guide for a Namco stick i stumbled upon a view weeks ago. It is surprisingly similar to the solution i came up with myself (even though i didn’t knew the guide by the time i did the mod), but a bit more “brutal” in its changes to the Sanwa stick base… and even requires to drill some holes into the restrictor gate of the stick. But it may be a good solution, if you accidentally drill through the whole base of the Sanwa stick, while just trying to widen the hex holes for the previous mounting solution.
Describing the same changes to the base as seen under solution 1 and 2 this guide even goes a bit further by not only recommending to widen the hex holes, but to drill all the way through them:

Since there is no way to mount just the base after those changes…

… you’ll have to drill some holes to the restrictor gate…

… to mount the whole stick to the case:

You still have to buy some new screws, since this time the original ones might be a couple of millimeters too short.
does anyone know if it is necessary to pierce the base to insert a sanwa JLF in lioncast?
It depends on how you are planning to mount the stick. If you don’t want to modify the Lioncast case, you have to modify the base of the JLF. If you don’t want to modify the JLF, your have to (at least) drill some holes into the top side of the Lioncast case.
You saved me some time and effort with this. It was very helpful, thank you!
