I think they actually got up to volume 10 before they cut it off =(, as I know the Master Volume goes up to vol 10, but I also think there was sporadic releases of the Hokuto manga in black and white too, but so scattered it’d be pointless to try and assemble a cohesive english set :sad:
Everybody got Stand’s(Including Joseph) in part 3 as a result of Dio’s reemergence.Probably also had something to do with the fact that he was using Jonathon’s body.
If I’m not mistaken, Guile was in part influenced by Stoheim. Also, Rose is based on a JoJo character from Part 2 aswell. There’s other references to Jojo in Capcom titles aswell. They are big fans of the work.

Yea. I’m sure he’s not aware of it, however. Araki is very much still active in the manga-world. Steel Ball Run is the current manga (JoJo related storyline), and he does various other work for anime/manga, and games and other random shit.

HnK2 sorta expands on stuff from HnK but makes you go “Huh?” at times. Still a good series though

I like them all but 4 wasn’t that good to me. I liked Josuke’s stand though. Honestly, up until part 6, Jojo’s started to get a lil less manly. And got real metrosexual for a while. It still managed to kick ass regardless.
One more thing I just want to throw out there randomly. I think Kakyoin woulda became a broken stand user if they didn’t kill him off. Dio said to him at the time of Stardust Crusaders that he was probably the best stand user besides him at the time. And of course next to Jotaro.
IIRC, 5 was indeed completed. Check the site. Speaking of faves, 4 was definitely one of mine. I really enjoyed that arc.
4 is my absolute favorite. i love the stands and i really really like kira’s character design.
