If Beau needs to calm down before he plays Sol, I suggest he plays some Pot before he plays Sol. Pot has a calming effect on a lot of people.

This is Kurokun from the Big Island. Its nice to see that Oahu has a scene for this game unlike over here where I think I’m the only one that plays this awesome game lol. Hopefully I can go up to Oahu sometime and game with you guys, that’d be great.
I also went to EVO 2k7 to play GGXX: AC and participated in both the main teams tournament and unofficial singles tournament. Almost made it into semifinals for the teams tournament, singles was so-so lol. The overall expericence was great and hopefully I can get a lot more matchup experience in before the next EVO goes down.
Anyway though, here’s the chars I play:
Main: Dizzy
Secondary: ABA
Freelance playing: MI, JA, BA, and some other random chars lol

I play arcana hearts on the side now. As for Hokuto No Ken I got no clue how to play it other then what I learned and seen from Ernest and Nestor. But I be open to trying it out. Its sad seeing Hokuto is just collecting dust on my shelf.
I rather note vote on a day due to my schedule but if you guys do something post up when the next arcane hearts get together will be so I can make plans for it.
i picked up arcana hearts on wang’s and kyle’s advice. it seems pretty fun, and i heard it was somewhat balanced like GG. i like the variation in the magics and stuff. and hokuto no ken…beau and i were watching youtube vids and ppl were comboing into instant kills! what!! i knew i had to get the game after seeing that. anyways, everyone post up the days you can make it please! otherwise it will probably be thurs and sat again. i will post the official announcement tomorrow
Arcana Heart is out? I should pick it up, I’ve heard cool things about it. as for HnK I hear that game is pretty broken, just like you said you can combo into instakill. I saw a match where it was the last round, a guy was losing and then combo into intant kill and he wins. I dunno, my friend back home seems to like it a lot and I have it on my HD. maybe I should give it a shot.
EDIT: This post just made me remember that I have the 2006 SBO DVD for HnK(and a few other games too) which is where I saw the match I was talking about. if you wanted to see it. not sure how I would copy it though.
I can’t shake the feeling of how much Arcana Hearts reminds me of EFZ and Guilty Gear both at the same time.
I want to use Kamui or Saki lulz.
It’s probably never gonna get a U.S. release. Either way, there’s even far less information on Arcana Hearts than Guilty Gear.
