[LEFT]Hey guys, a friend was a victim of a hit and run in SF and this is an album of pictures of the truck that did it. I’d really appreciate any help in deciphering the license plate number.[/LEFT]

Photoshop CS5 as a de-blur tool but it isn’t out so this will take quite some doing

How are licience plate arranged in the US, is it letter,letter, then the rest numbers?

Seven digits, 1A12345 is the format for trucks of this year range.
