Pretty much a long ass time. Getting that into a match would be near painful. Holding on to the 3x punch button with like your side of arm and then playing like that for the time being. Also having the combo meter for it to at the same time too.

Eh, I have a video saved of a Balrog pretty much one shotting Seth with a final TAP. He actually tried to hit him with it all 3 rounds.
Gouken can do 670ish to akuma in the corner. Better than the fuerte loop I think?

I’m not even sure one myself, but it might well be some kinda combo of Gouken since I know he does insane damage. Seth can also have some long ones.

I saw a vid of… Jump Mid kick, down fierce, to Ex tatsu, to Ex tatsu, to ultra with Ryu [In the cornerish]. And it took away 80% damage of dhalsim. It was insane, and costed only 2 bars. idk the exact damage, but its prob more then 700. Thats if we counting ultras

For a non-ultra, what about Rufus’ kick juggle into EX-SS…? O__O not sure of the exact number, but it always looks friggin painful.

Best non corner and no Ultra Combo IMO is Gouken:
j.HP or Xover.MK > c.HP > EX Palm > Dash > Tatsu
does around 500 of damage IIRC.

Akuma’s jHK->f.HK->cl.HP->fb->FADC->cl.HP->ex tatsu->HP dP =536 dmg 915 stun without super or ultra. 3 bars though.
