That guy is usually reported upon entry to all local authorities and parents, not unlike a sex-offender reigistrar entry, and must also pay extra for his animal mascot companion special imaginary friends due to the messes those anthromorphillogicals leave when everyone knows they are human beings in a stinky carpet sham sports mascot outfit and know what they are doing and need to clean their shit up, and fix their life with that same phrasing, get their shit together while not further bringing down society and leaving a stain upon humanity as a whole entity.
