Hey everyone, first I wanted to thank Moval for his help to the blanka community, he is very humble and helpful.

Thanks for the game dude, sorry for the lag as I’m not in the states and hope that even so you enjoyed the matches as well, I know I really did hehe, I also hope my blanka wasn’t that bad and I plan to really improve it as the SF IV scene in this little country is very hardcore so any comments will be taken very seriously and will be very appreciated.

Venezuela, we are very few but some are very hardcore, one of my goals is to unify the community on this country by creating a website and organizing tournaments, thankfully people is coming back and now is like back in the 90s, seems is a worldwide phenomena.

alehappy: ggs man. sucks we had lag, otherwise those blanka balls you kept doing shouldve been punished 100%. things i noticed - you were always going for hop ultra, blanka balling way too much, need more footsies, need to be a little more aggressiv, slide was too obvious, no combos oh and you kept doing random ultras.

honestly, hop / ultra is pretty much worthless now. it’s nice to know but don’t rely on it because everyone and their mom knows how to block / punish it. i noticed you kept doing it and messing it up and i thought to myself ‘oh he’s trying to do this move’ hop ultra. don’t make it obvious! if your game play revolves around blanka balls, make sure your know what characters can punish your blanka balls on hit or block and pay attention to their revenge meter. having a solid footsy game is really important because blanka’s shenanigans will only get you so far. so learn the distances of your normals and incorporate them to your ground game. if you’re not sure i’ll show you online. one more thing - stop doing random ultras! i noticed you kept doing it when you had no life left - as if you were just throwing the match away to me. don’t do that!

things that i liked about your game - you were effectively using rainbow rolls, you knew how to punish blankas utlra with yours, crossup blanka balls were sweet and you were only doing it when i have no sta left. keep up the good work out there and keep the scene alive.

Hey Moval!, thank you very much, I was very impressed by your answer, thanks for taking your time to analize my game as your comments are right on spot and very very useful, now that I read it I see that I was doing such mistakes but didn’t realize about them fully, only about the suicide ultra that I just posted some minutes ago haha but yeah, I won’t do another one.

I’ll change my Blanka and will do matches mostly doing footsies, combos and normals for a while, you are so right, shenanigans has helped me but at the direction I want to go they won’t anymore. That’s what impressed me when I saw yours in the first place, your mobility is amazing and I wanted to learn to move like that and fighting you is like fighting two blankas at the same time.

I’m happy and very excited to keep playing by keeping in mind what you said, I’m sure my game will be totally different soon and I hope some day I’ll be a true blanka hehe.

I also hope to play you soon too, specially to learn about Blanka normals.

I learned a massive amount playing you last night. Thanks a lot man.

I have the worst time switching between bison and blanka. I try blankas combos when using bison and bisons using blanka. Sadly, I think I was actually nervous to play you last night and messed up A LOT of times.

i just started playing sf4 and main blanka. i’m not good w/him as i’ve hit a wall (need a fight stick). i’m really lost since i haven’t fought many good people. if anyone wants to beat me and let me know what to work on please do so. i want to get better.
