Tough to say. X-Factored Rocket could be balls to the wall crazy as anchor, but I’m not liking the idea of Rocket vs. XF3 Ryu, Akuma, Task, Dorm, etc. Anyone who can fullscreen beam him will take him down with one or two random shots in XF3.

It’s not definitive, but rewatching all the videos it looks like every time it ground-bounced he either did the Bear Trap immediately or did 1/10 of a dash. When he did it to Akuma it looked like he did almost a full dash.

Any character with a teleport is definitely going to use the double projectile.

I think it’ll help teleporters more, but the log will help dashers more.

The potential for putting him in a troll team is gdlk. Mine will probably be (and this is my team name) Strange Raccoon Doom. Take from that what you will.

My main team will be Viper/Stark/Rocket. I was going to have Stark on anchor, but Rocket in XF3 just sounds so stupid he has to be anchor. Lol.
