Okay! Got my 360 ready for tomorrow and it’s got AE, BB2(with Platinum, Makoto and Mu unlocked) and MvC3. I can’t seem to find my copy of MK9. I know Hidey returned it to me2 weeks ago, I just don’t know if I left it behind the counter at HW or I misplaced it at home or I lent to someone(Ray).
Hey guys! I’m really excited to be going to my first casuals today. I’m not very good… in fact I’m pretty terrible, but I love the game and I want to learn. (The more you play, the more you learn, right?)

good showing tonight folks despite the rain storm. Looking to run something a little more organized next week…perhaps some mini tourneys starting from 6pm…running in heats of 8 players. Also a few ppl “forgot” to pay…which i’ll assume is just that they actually forgot. If possible please pay at the front before you play, it really helps me justify running everything and obtaining newer games and equipment.

If anybody picked up or brought home a wired connector between the USB - TE stick, please let me know cause I just realized I left that connected to the xbox that was running MVC last night. BTW, anyone know who’s xbox that belongs to, might help me find out what happened to it. Thanks!
wun yan aka krossmods has been kind enough to give us some break away cables. if your coming next wednesday be sure to let me know and i’ll give you one of them. He might be swinging by earlier so i’ll post if he drops by earlier this week.

Hello everybody 
My name’s Ken and I used to come to HW 2-3 years ago for Magic n I had no idea about these casuals :S (I know I’m a loser for finding out so late aha). I mained in Blazblue but with that community slowly withering I decided to start playing Marvel and SF4 a lot more so I think I may make my first appearance tonight? I play at Lovegety most of the time (well more recently with AE) so if anyone goes there you may recognize me, though I’m more seen playing Blazblue (back when it was still strong) with the Dustloop community :P. Hoping to just meet some people n get used to things n start coming out regularly 
PS: does HW sell any TE parts on its own such as buttons and face plates and such?
Yes - they do carry parts and have plexi covers for the TE
I’m finally finished summer school, so I’ll be coming every Wednesday from here on in! 
Hey guys, good showing as usual. Thanks for all the understanding for us having less systems. We ran a mini AE tourney using swiss style pairing, here’s the results. We can try to use something similar for a league. i’ll keep working with the idea as it was a little slow to run this type of event today. thanks again everybody!

i think if we ran a few more like this we’d have a pretty accurate representation of the skill levels of most of our players. Then from there we can work on leveling everybody up.
