There’s 3 variations of it depending on the button pressed. The fiery kick one which is done with Heavy is not an over head but it yields the most reward when it actually lands.

Heavy is the only one that combos however and it’s not an overhead.

his basic air combo is: anything into S, j.m, j.m, j.h, double jump, j.m, j.m, j.h, triple jump(LOL WUT?), then you can do something like:
j.m, j.m, j.h, j.S
j.m, j.h, m rhk xx desperado
j.m, j.m, j.h xx air joe

No extensive testing but you can do combo xx launch xx stuff and then end with S xx Dante ice assist xx H red hot xx mach speed xx SJ xx stuff

Heavy Red Hot Kick -->L,M,H,S–>Air combo is what you can do.
I notice that although Heavy Red Hot Kick doesn’t hit over head it indeed crosses up.
