The move is called Air Joe, and yes all you do is mash a button in the air for more hits.
Well so far everything they have revealed seems pretty good, his damage is up from tvc and his slow super seems like it will have a plethora of options to it so things are looking up. Only issue i can see is if his shitty assists carry over from tvc then he will probably be a strictly point character.
