i need easy Ibuki combos to start with

all the combo from the Ibuki’s thread is way too hard for me and :confused:

Easy starts are:

Jab -> Strong -> Fierce
Short -> Forward -> Roundhouse
crouching Roundhouse -> Roundhouse

You just press these one right after another, as you see the hits connecting. If you are having problems, just go into training, and try to hit the buttons on consistant timing in succession of about once every half-second or so, speeding up appropriately, until you get the timing down.

crouching roundhouse is a sweep right? if thats right then how would that be able to combo into something else?

because its a chain, if you press c.roundhouse and then roundhouse in neutral stance it will cancel itself into the move, similar like shotos c.lk, it can cancel itself into itself, Ibuki can do that too, but then way more =)

Like DooM said, crouching Roundhouse cancels into something else, namely standing Roundhouse. If you do this while very close to your opponent, Ibuki will cancel the recovery frames of crouching Roundhouse and stand straight up performing her close Roundhouse launcher kick (which can be combo-ed into much more). If you are standing a little farther away, she will perform her caperia-esque hand-to-the-ground Roundhouse and hit the opponent as they are being tripped into the air.

Just press Down + Roundhouse, then return the joystick/d-pad to neutral and press Roundhouse once more. It’s easy enough to get down with little practice.

Jumping Fierce, that’s the only actual way to combo into it. As for setups, read through Xenozip’s lovely FAQ.

Doesn’t jumping Jap into Right + Jumping Fierce also combo into it?

It might, don’t remember. But even if it does, that chain ends with jumping fierce, so…

Yeah, the only reason I ask is because I cannot remember how much the opponent is pushed back while doing jumping LP to -> + HP. I am pretty sure that you can combo with her LK… combos, but they are pushed to far away to start anything with LP, and I know that you have to be really close to use SAII. Granted, I use SAI almost exclusively, so it has been a while since I have tried using old Yaoroi(sp).

I seen people who can combo right after an uppercut.KKK.
Besides Hugo, against which characters is that possible?

I’m not aware on who it combos against, and I don’t believe it actually does combo against anyone. However, most people I play tend to instinctivly hold down-back after getting hit by the DP+K, so the moves after the DP+K still hit them.

Jab+Strong+Fierce+HCB Any P
Jab+Strong+Fierce+QCB Any K(Can EX)
Jab+Strong+Fierce+DP K(Can EX)(Add A Kasumi Suzaku after EX and wtach you opponents eat a nice 27 hit or so combo)

Those are the easiest ones i can think of
