Help with the wiki : inserting pictures

Hello SRKers,

After years of lurking the forum and wiki, I decided to start contributing.

I’m having trouble understanding how to edit certain things. I’m not sure if that is the right place to ask, but I’ll try to explain my problem :

I noticed that in most character wiki, next to the moves is a “insert photo here” placeholder. As I have saved a bunch of hitboxes, I thought I could include them.
Problem is, when I go to edit mode, the placeholder doesn’t show, and I cannot find how to put the picture in that place.
And when I use the “preview” button, it shows very different from when I just browse the wiki (white instead of black background, formatting all over the place)

Furthermore, I tried using the syntax to get a smaller version of the image show, and it doesn’t seem to be working :frowning:
I tried to make it work for this image : http://wiki.shoryuken.com/images/b/bc/ZangiefCloseMKHB.jpg as an example before tackling all other gief moves.

I don’t want to destroy the wiki : could you point me to what I am doing wrong?

Saw your comment on the wiki. An admin has to edit the USFIVMoveListRow template to allow images to be placed where it says INSERT PHOTO HERE. James Chen made the templates for the pages, you can try sending him a message or tweeting at him about it

The wiki would look so much better with pictures !
I was looking around the ST wiki and it really makes a difference when you are looking at a character which you don’t know very well to study the matchup options.
