Help with Kara Techniques

Hey there guys. I’ve been trying to practice this but it just seems so hard. The timing is insane. Ive been trying on 3rd Strike with Q’s back MP throw, but it seems the only way I can do it (and not all the time) is when I press all three buttons at the same time. Is there a better way to learn this? Also I’ve heard in SFIV theres some other Kara techniques. Could someone list them and how to do them?

Practice the timing with Akuma’s Kara Throw. Toward + MP, LP+LK. He’ll grunt if you did it right.
