I was wondering any of you Photoshop whizzes could help me out with making a PSD file I need a 118.3mm x 80.2mm rectangle and inside the rectangle I need a 20mm x 45.9mm rectangle(coin entry) on the left side beside it 20mm circle and then two 30mm circles with everything centered except the rectangle can be off center to the right. If any one can help I would so appreciate its for my custom versus city case.

I left 3mm spacing on each side between the edge of the rectangle and first object., 5mm spacing between the 30mm circles.
