Did you try knocking the head with a hammer lightly? It may dislodge some stuck rust. Then stick a rubber band over the top of the screw and dig that driver in there and turn counter-clockwise with he-man might!

If that doesn’t work…

The clean way:
Engineer PZ-58 Screw Pliers
These things effing rock. You’ll become the person your friends call to remove all stuck/stripped screws.
Engineer PZ-57 Screw Pliers (for the smaller stuff)

The dirty way:
Drill out that sucker.
Be careful in selecting your bit size. Too small and you’ll just knock the head off the screw. Too large and you’ll bore out the threading on the mount sleeve.

have you taken these screws off before or is it your first time? Mightve cross threaded them. Besides the oil you need to make sure you use a screw driver that fits snug in the slots. You dont want any play between the screw and the screwdriver. Besides a good screwdriver you just need some muscles. Press down firmly on the screw.
You can also try giving the screws acouple of taps on each side with the handle of the screwdriver.

Both of these posts above

thx all

I will buy the Screw Pliers, but I will try with the hammer, the Screw Pliers will be useful in future, I think take PZ 58 for big screw and 57 for small like blue screw ps3

One question where can I buy new screw for the plate Sanwa?

Anywhere that sells the Sanwa JLF.

THX

My seller in paris dont have…please could you give me screw refernce for found it on internet?

I found this it’s seems like but I dont which take:

tdifasteners.fr/fr/223-vis-metaux-tete-ronde-large-fendue-en-croix-poelier-nfe-25129-acier-doux-zingue-blanc

but if you have exact reference please give me.

it’seems I found:

ifbolt.com/en/product/panheadmachinescrew.html

I thought it was M4x10mm? Focus Attack has it listed for plate-to-case mounting (not the countersunk heads for your application though)

I would say M4x10mm or M4x16mm as well. Very standard in every hardware store.

Dremel never fails.

Unless you slip at high-speed and nick the mounting plate (or finger). That qualifies as a fail.
Never happened to me, but I’m sure it’s happened.

That’s not the Dremel failing. That’s the user failing.

Correct, and excellent point

It’s not that…this is for JLF-P1 Mounting Plate. I am looking for the panel…like the two caught in the picture…

I take it,I hope is good phillips 4x10 pan head

ebay.fr/itm/172112865438?_trksid=p2057872.m2749.l2649&var=470951601782&ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT

Uh yeah…I know that… and that’s not what I was referring to. The screws for the JLF-P1 mounting plate are a completely different size (M3x8mm) than what I had posted.
Behold.

The previous part I had listed has the following clear description:
“The 4-piece flat head, phillips drive M4x10mm screw and hex nut set allows you to mount a Sanwa JLF mounting plate to your commercial or custom joystick case.”

I also mentioned that, while the correct size, the countersunk heads shown might not fit your application.

THX, my english is no very good I understand now what’s you want say…do you think screw I bought is good?
