It has come to the attention of the Smash thread frequenters that our fellow Smash fan has been living under a rock for the last 15 years or so. This thread is dedicated to help him get out from under that rock.

To summarize, this guy has never experienced and/or never heard of the following (to name a few extreme examples):

Music - Michael Jackson, Bob Marley
TV - Seinfeld for fuck’s sake
Cartoons - Anything 90s Disney (This includes DuckTales, Gargoyles, and Darkwing Duck, people), Animaniacs, Dexter’s Lab, Samurai Jack, Megas XLR, Everything DCAU
Anime - DBZ, Cowboy Bebop
Movies - basically anything outside the Star Wars series and the LotR series
Games - Earthbound, classic Sonic games (sans 2), any DK games, any Metroid games, FF series (sans a few minutes of FF13… doesn’t count)

I’m sure I could add more to this list, but the fact remains… this poor soul has missed a lot of media in his life exclusive to a few Nintendo titles over the years. Now, I know what you’re thinking - he’s young, right? Dude’s old enough to drink (IIRC he’s 24), so that’s out. Please provide some serious suggestions on things he’s missed out on in hopes he rectifies the situation. Perhaps we can even send the guy a care package.
