Help! p-groove yun

hey all, board seems a bit dead but i will try anyway. i play p-groove yun, and although most other grooves are superior i excel much more in it. is it just me, or are his double launch combos just more difficult in p-groove? in c-groove i can consistently land combos like

mp.shoulder, s.mk, ^* df.lk, s.mk, ^* j.lp j.hp

mp.shoulder, s.mk, ^* df.lk, s.mk, ^* qcb x2+k

mp.shoulder, s.mk, ^* df.lk, you-hou, lp.shoulder, s.mk, ^* df.lk, s.mk, ^* j.jp-j.fp.

and most other combos that start with a shoulder, and also most the double launcher combos that start on the ground. in p-groove, i’ve yet to land double launcher combo starting with a shoulder, and landing my level 3 bnb (s.fp cancel late on second hit, you-hou, mp.shoulder, s.mk, ^* df.lk, s.mk, ^* j.lp-j.fp) isn’t as consistent as c-groove. i implement the shoulder a lot in my yun game, so being able to land double launch combos off them is a necessity. is it harder to use combos that are (or should be) availible to both p and c groove yun when in p-groove, or is it just me? i really enjoy my p-grooving, so i want to be able to fully utilize yun and his capabilities on my team, regardless if the c-groove yun is superior or not. much appreciated.

*through extensive studying of jchensors guide (or the CvS2 bible as i call it) i’ve recently learned that in any groove with small jump, there is a slight delay before the jump. this could very well be the reason why i am having trouble doing combos i found simple in c-groove, in p-groove. i definitely think that this impacts jump cancelling as well, but of course i’d like to be completely sure. so please, don’t hesitate to add anything :smiley:
