My team is Spider-Man, Guile, and Megaman. I have problems fighting top tier teams such as thrax, msp, and others. Does anyone have any general strats and combos just using this team? Sentinals assists usually fucks me up, an aggressive Magneto kicks my ass and I get raped by a ran away storm. Any advice will be appreciated.
When playing against a Magneto team, you’ll want to be pretty conservative with your play style the first couple of seconds. Do a crouch block when the match first starts, and then let Magneto get you into the corner. Just remember that crouch blocking is your friend, because if Magneto launches you in the air… yeah. Just play the patient game, and when you see an opening, strike fast and strike hard. Example, while magneto is bum rushing you, wait till He is fairly close above you in the air, and call Hyper Megaman. Odds are mags will get sucked into the special, and you might even hit an assist character too.
If you have a character with speedy attacks, you can be somewhat more aggressive against Magneto. Just remember he will probably be calling assists often, and DHCing to bait you. For example, Felicia is a great character to use against a top tier team. She is very speedy, and her QCF+ KK is an assist killer.

Sentinel I can’t really give good advice on… iIve just never had problems with that guy. 
I’d recommend not using beat plane against Sentinel or storm EVER. They can both easily fly out of beat plane’s range and then drop down and just abuse you for it.
I don’t know if you already know this, but Beatplane DHC’s into Maximum Spider pretty beautifully. Just use beatplane and wait for the opponent to take the bait, then maximum spider their ass. :3
Overall, Megaman has nice priority and can actually give Mags a run for his money. I haven’t played Spiderman that much, but he’s definetly not a Zangief in terms of speed, that’s for sure.
On storm… don’t let her run away. Chase her. But MEMORIZE STORM’S HAIL ANIMATION. Know when she is preparing the super and block. And then continue to persue. Use of Anti Air like Captain Commando will help the chase tremendously.

Change your setup to Megaman/Spiderman/Guile.
Learn how to zone with megaman and learn to use guile’s anti-air, it’s great against sentinel.
If you attack sentinel with spiderman, jump in with air fierce attacks only, light attacks are no good because of his armor.
