the netcode needs some work, attacks are coming out late.
other than that, this seems like a simple fighting game,
throw loop with everyone since it’s so laggy
yo real talk i like swamp fire. I was messing up zak saturdays all day. he has that full screen fireball and if you get close he does that vine attack that does a crapload of damage and it’s deadly in the corner especially with this lag but his super seems kinda buggy. I think that ice dude’s little ice cloud needs to stay out longer cause you can’t really do much afterwards unless you do it right in the corner.
EDIT: that banyan dude is ass. he can’t do anything with this lag and his head butt is kinda worthless.
EDIT2: that vine attack really is too good at this stage in the game. it takes like 20% of people’s health, it absorbs everything, stays out for a long time and the lag is too much to punish it. I also like that big chill dude. I can throw that cloud out there and i can do something after if they try to get around it. also the super does a ton of damage and it’s guaranteed if you freeze them. I think that grenade guy needs to have a faster start up on it. I was able to walk up and block without problem.
the throw detection could be better, i don’t know if it’s just the lag or if some moves are invulnerable to throw but it seemedl ike i’d be point blank and the throw would whiff.
it’s a decent enough game and i had some fun playing it but the lag really does kill the game.
I just charged forward and kept on spamming Z. I won every match.

needs GGPO netcode, this is so laggy.
At this stage with the lag, Swamp is top tier.
I’ve been using Big Chill’s ice dash and then mashing punches or using super when ever I have it

Netcode is terrible, needs GGPO or similar.
Hell yeah, all of a sudden you’re like behind them and hitting them and you can’t even see it happening.

When reporting a laggy experience, could you please report your location? We only have East Coast servers right now and location/lag relationship is very important.
