Help arcade stick custom

Hello someone can help me .
I am new to this and I’m making a craft stick arcade ye used this template:

but I want to put something like this ,

but the position of the buttons is not the same and not well using photoshop. someone could tell me where or how.

I would like the blue lines will stay as the lid is transparent and light buttons and I want to see onterior arcade .

You going to have to break up the design pattern, each part getting their own layer in photoshop, most of the straight lines have to get redrawn.
