Help! 360 SE Fightstick mod in peril!

I recently bought two SE fightsticks, one PS3 and one 360. I modded to PS3 stick with no problems at all. Then I went to mod the 360 stick, using the same parts (Sanwa JLF, Seimitsu 30mm buttons). THe 360 stick’s buttons are working, but the stick only moves right and down! Also, the stick doesn’t work at all if I switch the turbo mode thing to anything other than “ds”. Wondering if it was the JLF, I switched back to the mad catz stock stick, only to find out that that one will only move right, left, and down. Anyone seen an issue like this before and know a good fix!?
