Think I’ll have to actually watch this. I’m a fan of Kitchen Nightmares, but not so sure about the reality show format. However, I clicked on the link and saw some clip of Gordon yelling at some bitch for laughing at his craziness.

Wow, they actually completed the first service! I would have made everyone who was sent upstairs choose two nominees amongst themselves; the people who weren’t booted needed praise.

Coming from a cook/chef in training @ Le Cordon Bleu, this show is UBER made for television. Ive never had an executive chef or soux chef scream at me or fling something i made into the trash. That guy is disgusting.

I still think kitchens get a bad rap. A bit of a stereotype. Its hectic back there but there are never knives flying or anything like that.
I’ve only ever worked as a line cook but yeah, we all had each other’s backs in that kitchen regardless of whether we got along or not after service.
As for the show itself of course they’re going to amp up the drama, have fast moving images, and cut to yelling every twenty seconds because not many people would watch it otherwise.
urgh I fell outta the loop with HK last couple of seasons, shit makes me sad.
Last season had a better cast of characters.
Like Joseph who went out in 1st round. “I ain’t no bitch!”
