This gives me hope once again. Ed I hope you guys get the PS3 stick worked out!!
First thing. I will have a ps3 compatible stick by the holidays. With any luck, much, much sooner ;).
Also, I will be adding a new category to the new webstore (when it goes live) that will be called Ready To Ship. This will be an area where I will premake sticks and have them ready to ship. The amount on there will vary depending on how busy I get otherwise. I got a crap load of parts from a supplier that is taking some time off, so I have a lot of colors and sticks I don’t normally use. I will be using these parts to make up some nice looking sticks to sell as is. For all systems. Dreamcast, PS2, 360, PS3, etc.
Just to let everyone know, I have hired some help. James was a local customer very early on when I switched to making console sticks. It’s great to have him on board. He’s a quick learner and dedicated to quality work. It’s also nice to have someone with the knowledge he does of all the fighting games, new and old.
I know I am way behind right now and several people are waiting on orders that are just past the 4 week mark. Those are going out asap and then hopefully another 20-30 will go out before I leave on a 1 week vacation Friday the 8th.

I will be on Vacation the 8th-15th returning to the shop on the 18th.
I will still be active online, but my goal is to finalize the new website and get the new webstore completed. With PS3 sticks added ;).

Yeah, I didn’t process any orders until I got back. It should be either set to paid now, or look for an email from me because I had a question about the order :).
The new website thing is just taking way to much of my time, or was going to, so I’m scrapping it. Though the store will be updated at some point and more information will be added to it.
Oh, and PS3 sticks will go on the site sometime this weekend. I will have about 25 in stock at first.
Yup its set to paid thank you. Now i’m wondering when its going to ask me what options i want for my arcade stick or have i missed it :rolleyes:
If you ordered a custom you should have gotten the link to the custom form in an email.

Dual PS3/360 sticks will be available soon. I just need to do some testing first. Single USB cable with a switch.

shame i didn’t wait a bit longer could of gotten one of those dual sticks but then again theres not really a game on that console i want to play with an arcade stick…yet
EDIT: never mind i think i have found the problem where i’m using Opera it doesn’t show the option for joystick colour i looked through the source code and found it
Yeah, damnit I keep meaning to add that to the page. The form doesn’t work with Opera. Sorry man, I need to update that thing right away.

PS3 will be less expensive than the 360, they will start at $139
PS3/360 will start at $199
By start I mean with happ parts and stock artwork.
hey ed, i wrote you another email, after you said me that a cover with an copyrighted charakter isnt possible. now that you mentioned that you will make an 360/ps3 stick, i’m very interested in one of these, but it would be nice if the stick could be customized like i explained in the last email. i added you in msn, so you can answer me there or write me an email.

Wow theres a price drop too i could get the equivilent to my stick for $218 thats a $5 saving not exactly loads i guess but it all adds up
Yeah, I decided to drop the custom artwork price a bit.
FYI,
I added a new category called Ready To Ship. These are sticks that will be making on the side and just putting up on the site for quick sales. These are also sticks that were returned by customers for one reason or another. Same warranty applies to all of the ready to ship items.
Look for sticks not typically made on here as well. For example, I will have a few dreamcast sticks going up, along with other sticks I attempt. You might see some UPCB sticks up there at some point as well.
Really like the new site! I got a couple questions:

Do any of the post-order custom options like the artwork inside the clear Seimitsu buttons, the t-molding colors, or the car vinyl color stickers for the stick body have any additional costs? If they do, it would be cool if you put them with all of the other custom options so it would be easier to weigh options.

Can you upload hi-res versions of the 4 different layouts, specifically the new ‘wide’ Japanese layout? There’s just the one for the standard Japanese layout.

The post order form is the same as it’s been, but I need to update it will the seimitsu clear button colors. By default, if you get seimitsu button and choose the clear ones I put the artwork through them. You don’t actually see the form until after you order.
Only a few people opted for a different color box so I figured their wasn’t a need for it anymore. But that might have been my fault for not making it clear. I will work on that.
I will get hi res versions of the new layout up. It’s basically the same layout as the True-Arcade curved, but moved up on the stick and buttons removed from the top and put on the sides.
