Opponent had a 1/2 Dalaran Mage and played Abomination. He also had an explosive trap (obviously copied). I had a Shieldmasta and a hound on the board. When my turn came, I used a Faceless on Abomination, used Multi-shot to kill the mage, and the hound to kill his Abomination, damaging everything. Next, I used my Shieldmasta to attack his face, triggering the trap. The trap killed my abomination, which then killed my shieldmasta before he could strike.
This is the situation right now:
The turn button says āEnemy Turnā yet the game is acting as if itās still my turn. The timer mysteriously disappeared. Neither of us wants to end the game, because we want the win.
EDIT: Apparently itās a known bug, and Iām actually disconnected. The game just doesnāt show it.
Alright I feel dirty. On a pretty full board in arena, a shaman played a faceless manipulator and stole my 8/8 frost wolf, then hexed mine. Next turn he plays a totem and another frost wolf (9/9).
Next turn I play mind control tech, which stole back the copied frost wolf. Youthful brewmaster the MC, replay it and steal the other 9/9 frost wolf. Heās left with something like 3 totems and a 3/3. Too funny.
Not funny, nearly the same happened to me just nowā¦
2 silenced usless totems, 1 healing. Dropped Ogre.
MC Tech, grabs the Ogre, Youthful. Knew the danger but well, had to drop something, Venture Co.
MC Tech. Grabs the Venture Co. Itās not funny. Not at all. Stupid sexy gnome.
Probably my most hated card in Arenaā¦
MC tech is a great card to have in arena. A 3/3 if you donāt have much openings or something to help you stabilize a beat down or potentially steal a game. Similarly Blood knight steals games for me in arena, or ruins them if my opponent plays them.
Mad fucking bomber can be a douche too. Every time I play a turn 1 Worgen infiltrator, I pray to fucking god that the mad bomber isnt in my opponents hand. Or if my opponent has acolyte of pain, I fucking hope they throw down a Mad bomber and potentially get 2 bombs on the acolyte of pain.
Yeah that run ended badly. I ran into 2 rogues that seemed to have the synergy of a constructed deck. SI:7 with shadow step, youthful brewmaster, etc. Got 7 wins out of the deal though. I think I under value spells (other than fireball/flamestrike) too much, especially on the paladin. I end up with too many minions in hand without comeback potential, which is fine if I grab the board early. If I mulligan poorly, I can end up losing the match by turn 3.
Also obtained my first legendary card and epic in back to back packs. Harrison Jones was my first, and then a gorehowl.
Iāve got no idea where to start building a constructed deck, I have about 500 dust after I blew all my gold in arena. Should I build around the new cards I just got?
