Yeah…but it’s on Turn 3 which just seems horrible. The loss of 1 Attack from either Scarlet Crusader or Wolfrider actually hurts a lot on that turn. You really want to be hitting 3 unless you have a strong effect going (Flamewaker, Acolyte of Pain).
It doesn’t even help aggro that much as they’d rather be playing Wolfriders and even Bluegills on an earlier turn.
What? Okay, there’s absolutely no reason why you should WANT Wolfrider protected that much. Either you’re using it to kill something or you’re using it to do 3 damage to the face. On the turn it drops it’s done its job. If it lives, that’s just gravy but at no point should you be deliberately saving him so he can maybe live.
Go ahead and maybe get one more attack out of Argent Horse Rider, at most I take ONE more damage but I get to take solace knowing my minions are safe and I can clear Argent whenever I desire.
It doesn’t trade favorably with much of anything on Turn 3, the damage it deals to the face is negligible. Scarlet Crusader and Wolfrider can be problems because of that 3 Attack. 2 Attack on Turn 3 with 1 health doesn’t cut it even with Divine Shield. I mean i understand WHY it’s statted that way as giving it an extra attack or health would immediately start power creeping a lot of cards but honestly without those extra stats it’s underwhelming.
Even in Aggro Pally…I’d rather play Silent Knight if I had a choice so I can guarantee a buff and keep my curve and tempo going AND have the extra health.
I’m actually amazed how many people with the Argent Tournament cardback I face.
Did 7 or 8 matches in brawl for a dominance daily and played against 4 people with it.

Blessing of might and Abusive Seargent speed up the damage so it’s better to save a wolfrider a turn or two especially since there are other threats I can drop turn 3 that will get more mileage.
Silent knight? No.
Argent Horse rider used the same way as Wolfrider as I said above, makes it hit a bit less hard and stick longer then wolfrider because of divine shield.
I have high hopes for it and I will replacing wolfrider for sure. I’ll be more then happy to show you how it will work.
Silent Knight is garbage no matter what way you spin it, it fulfills none of the niches that the other stealth minions like Shade and Stalker don’t already fulfill.
Horserider might be okay in Eboladin, Wolfrider is undoubtedly better in Face Hunter.
