I so wanna execute that fucker
Won 14, lost 9. Surprisinglyā¦I thouht I would have a much worse win rate with this.
In this deck, you donāt keep Flamewaker in your starting hand, ever. Heās more of a turn 4/5 onwards (I need more ping!) play. And even without spells, heās still better than Demolisher, and can attract removal.
The deck gets killed by Handlock though, especially since Iām not running any face hitting spells for a final burst.
Half my losses were also to Blingtron being a dick. One day Iām going to draw a Gorehowl and the other person is going to draw a Lightās Justice. One dayā¦
I did, he almost never saw play as either I already won without him, or people could ignore him and go face to kill me. I replaced him with Mogor. MOGORRRRR
The new āHeroesā are a huge disappointment. We need deeper game play and more variety, and Blizzard had the opportunity to do that but dropped the ball so hard. I know its free to play and they are trying to make a quick buck, and I wouldāve gladly thrown my money at a completely NEW hero, but I will not support his kind of business practice in a tcg. Hopefully in the near future we get more Heroes and add some real depth to this game, because this palette swap garbage isnāt gonna cut it.
Tempo Mage, Grimm Warrior, and Handlock are really making HeartStone a little stale.
Nah, alternate hero classes can cause so much balance problems and literally be pay to win. The game isnāt that stale, meta shift each month and thereās lots of room to explore in future expansions
Itāll be really hard to put in a new hero, imagine how much balance issues that one is gonna take
I think eventually we will see multiple heroes per class, but no need to rush into it
Itās already literally pay to win. Balance problems are the nature of the game. Patches can fix anything too overpowered. I donāt think it would be as hard as you guys think. Even if they just changed around hero powers.
Wouldnāt mind a hero that is based around graveyard play. But right now priest and pally and a few other classes need buffs, so deal with that shit first.
I agree that I seem to only face tempo mage, grim, and handlock decks, with occasional face decks or oil rogueā¦
Literally pay to win? Dang someone should have told me! Iād have bought my legendary card back.
Theyāve discussed wanting to have multiple heroes per class, but who knows if that means with or without new abilities (this DLC picture nonsense is NOT going over well, but they had to have known that)ā¦How much you wanna bet they will add abilities to other heroes, they GOTTA be testing this shit in the background. Better than D3, I hopeā¦This better not become the new Horse Armor.
anywho, go go gadget face mage arena deck

Rogue arena deck, could have had 5 deadly poison, went with 4 tho lol. 2 questing adventurers and baron geddon, nothing else that amazing.

If a fighting game developer ever justified having bad characters on purpose with these āargumentsā heād be a laughing stock.
So i watched my friend armor up for 5 turns straight against tempo mage while that mage puts down a minion every turn with 5 minions downā¦
and then turn 6 thaurissan into turn 7 lethal with double charged frothing at 21 damage each, 0 mana whirlwind, and 1 mana unstable ghoul.
His opponentās only mistake was that he was capitalizing on his opponent hero powering every turn.
Yikes⦠Yeah thatās the type of thing blizz was trying to remove from the game (see: Leroy nerf). Curious to see if blizz lets it play out.
Theyāre probably gonna make Grim Patron a 3/2 or a 2/3
Grim patron isnāt the issue, its warsong. It should be āminions with 3 or less attack have chargeā so you canāt buff it up to on hit ko levels and still retain charge
Grim is gonna get nerfed though. Blizzard wants to avoid one turn win scenarioās, and Grim created one hell of one. I love the guy to death, but sweet jesus, heās a little OP. I could also see them making him a 4/2ā¦
I still donāt think grim patron gets touched. Worst case is we go back to only played minions gain charge, not summoned minions, but that doesnāt solve the frothing thing anyway.
Is it really that much of a problem? You need several cards in hand for the combo to work, and the opponentās board state (taunts with 4 or more attack and other stuff) could prevent it. On top of that you have to not die before you can hit the combo.
Dramatic victories certainly happen, but I donāt think it is OP. Certainly the double frothing, emperor, whirlwind clear board (no taunts) is far from the usualā¦though obviously when it happens the opponent wonāt be happy.
Anyways hope it isnāt touchedā¦Warrior needs another viable archetype other than classic control.
You can kill somebody, from over full health, even if they have a taunt on board; so yeah, thats a problem
Yeah but how often does it happen? To kill someone over full health the frothings would have to grow to 15 each. Meaning that 13 minions would have had to be damaged. Or a lesser amount if you can damage them twice on the same turn (only possible with deathbite down to its last charge). If there is a taunt you have to have a weapon, or execute and one or more cards reducedā¦since 3 mana warsong, 3 mana frothing, 3 mana frothing, whirlwind. 10 mana. Considering the cost and all that it takes for the instant KO to happen, I canāt see the problem. Oil rogue and Unstable portal much more frequently set up unstoppable situations and earlier in the game.
