Opinions on classes
[details=Spoiler]Mage is pretty fair imo. All I watch out for is turn 7 flamestrikes, try to bait 2 polymorphs, watch out for legendaries and i’ll be all good. druid/paladin perspective, Rogue vs Mage still feels like a bad matchup
Priests are almost hilarious to fight when your field is filled with 4 attack minions they can’t use ANY shadow words unless their attack is higher or lower and holding on to your silences for key threats *you do that in general against all classes but the average priests are ESPECIALLY fucked. Summoned lightspawn? get rid of it with a removal and a minion attack. They’re ballsy enough to buff up lightspawn to 10+ on the turn they summoned him? Silence them and now it’s a 0/5. Innerfire combo? Silence. Not counting your class tools.
Now if you thought flamestrikes were bullshit, wait til you fight a paladin with equality combos instant death in everything on your field and very easy to play
Hunters with unleash the hounds combos which are so insane that the current meta is built with dealing them among other things
Druids controlling the field better than mages imo and much more well rounded. Plenty of deck variety though usually have the most expensive deck to craft
Rogues are very strong as well.
My top 3 is probably Druid being absurdly well balanced yet strong, very few bad matchups. Definitive top tier material, Hunter for being absolutely broken when they pull off their shit can’t have more than 3 minions or gg and they have great rush down, then it’s a tossup between Rogue/Pally/Shaman.
Apparently Mage is kinda mediocre at higher ranks, not sure about the condition of Locks but last i’ve seen they switched to control. Warriors and priests are at the bottom without a doubt until some changes are made notably warrior/new cards come in. However there was a priest/warrior that placed in a recent tournament 1 of each. So they’re not absolutely unplayable, but they’re in a pretty bad state.
Priests can occasionally get lucky and be able to pull the turn 5 one shot, but it’s pretty unlikely. Very easy to counter, especially if you have board control.
Plenty of players are running Black knight to destroy key taunts, big game hunter for ragnaros/big targets, Faceless manip… etc…
