Wonderful flavor text: “Revenge (New) This is better than Arcane Explosion, so I guess warriors are finally getting revenge on mages for Mortal Strike being worse than Fireball”
It doesn’t necessarily have to be some must include, but something that opens up new possibilities would have been nice. Druid of the flame opens beast Druid slightly further, but still not enough for it to be a thing. They could have tried to open up the Savage Druid…with stuff that enhances savagery, claw, bite, etc. Maybe something that makes mill more viable, I mean there are so many things they could have done. It seems like every other class, they put a lot of thought into their class cards, while Druid was something they forgot til the deadline and just slopped something together quickly.
Not really, Frostbolt is also strictly better than dark bomb. No one calls frostbolt nuts.
Half the deck activates Kill Command. It’d be different if the Spectral Spiders also counted as Beasts but they don’t. Idk, for pure Face Hunter it’s either Quick Shot or Haunted Creeper. Nothing else can be cut.
Well, haunted creeper on turn 2 means on turn 3 you can abusive/glaivezooka and guarantee something on board, while quick Shot in that moment is much worse. Maybe the worgen Infiltrators get get?
And in true face hunter, the only beasts are 1x owl, 2 x creeper, animal companion, and kill command. So its not like half the deck is beasts lol
Yeah, I think there will be multiple viable options seen; I will toy with a madscientistless no trap version, replacing scientists with quick shot and find something else in the 2/3 mana slot to fit in, maybe a second glaivezooka and owl, and it will avoid the current kezean mystic meta (Fun fact, I kezeaned a hunters freeze trap when he had a highmane on board, and was set up for lethal the next turn; and he kezeaned it right back lol)
worgen is super good. Maybe the pal leper gnome just loses his spot.
Yeah I got a key, just request it is easy. Haven’t played it too much, but the potential is immense. It is also a smooth transition from Hearthstone. There is a mana system, mass disenchant, daily quests, deck creation is very similar, and a very colorful clean UI. Mulligan at the beginning of the game. Though the game itself, how you position units on a grid, back stabs, ranged attacks, stuff that you find in turned based strategy games makes it a very different experience.
I’ll do my due diligence and research though I’m uneasy because I’m completely awful at these type of position based games. I think I even blocked out of my mind the last time I played Final Fantasy Tactics.
