Undertaker nerf is pretty disappointing, the 2 health means building a deathrattle deck around him simply isn’t worth it.
That’s the point of the nerf.
Undertaker is a silly card that is way, way too powerful for it’s cost and stats.
Yeah, you always had to respect the Undertaker and it got to the point where, if you didn’t open an early game spell JUST for Undertaker, you lost. And even that wasn’t a guarantee unless you were a Mage or a Priest.
Yeah, you don’t always hit the god openings but it was absurd that when you did, you didn’t lose period.
Hunters scare easy, but they will be back, and in greater number.
Undertaker won’t suddenly be bad, it just won’t be god. It’s more of a bonus synergy than something to build an entire deck around.
Meanwhile in non-undertaker hunter land.
I know it’s not too exciting since I’m at a low rank at the end of a season, but I’ve gone from rank 18 to 12 without a loss playing control warrior. Wish I had time to push further.
Hard to see Dr Boom staying as is. crazy good.
About damn time on that Undertaker!

What’s everyones’ favorite mech build opener? Mines easily:
- Coin+Micro Machine
- Annoy-O-Tron
Also, anyone ever opened a mech pack and receive a classic legendary(Ysera, Ragnaros etc) off it?
1)cogmaster -> annoy-o-tron is pretty solid, and doesnt require a coin
2) No, but plenty of people have bought classic packs accidentally when meaning to buy gvg packs ; )
Cogmaster is a perfect example of a strong but balanced 1 drop.
I’ll fix you!
Sheesh, just when I want to play hunter they turn the Undertaker into a Murloc Tidecaller.
Well. I really like this change in general. A lot.
Even your positive posts creep me out because of fucking Yuno Gasai.
Aaah, not nearly as creepy as owattjacob’s Harrison lusting for your stuff.
It’s time for some Kofuku I guess.
I’m just not good with Yanderes man…especially the Queen of all Yanderes.
Get a room

Well I played an undertaker shaman for a long while, then recently undertaker hunter. The dream opening was very rare, and you had to build a deck around him to get any value. I guess people remember the few bad times when he did grow huge. Way too powerful? OP and being good aren’t the same, there are many cards out there that are great value. What does suck, is every nerf of cards I have (buzzard, and now undertaker which is even worse since I did pay a ton of dust to unlock all of naxxramas) are soulbound so I don’t get anything from them just a useful card becoming useless.

Hunters scare easy, but they will be back, and in greater number.
If this is true, I’d assume cause most nerfs seem directed towards them. As well as hate and complaints meaning that future nerfs are mostly what they have to look forward to. In addition to being called retarded and cancerous to the game in general. I’d also assume most hunters are f2p, so they don’t have a ton of cards to just switch over to control warrior or whatever. It is zoolock or hunter and that is pretty much it.
Hunter is the best F2P class there is. No legend cards required, easy to play, easy to make a competitive deck off of virtually anything.
Do you even know the odds of going off with Undertaker?
With the nerf of undertaker, I’m concerned shaman and mech mage will be on the rise. Neither are very good matchups for my warrior. Too early to tell, but I might have to do some serious teching.
Paladin is the best class right now after Hunter with Druid, Warlock and Mage right behind. I wouldn’t be surprised to see Shaman and Rogue evening out the numbers though.
