So I did the unthinkable, something I thought I would never do…that is disenchant cards that are not extras. I alternate between arena runs, and buying classic packs (since you can’t get those in arena). In today’s pack of classics, I got my second Shadowform. I disenchanted both shadowforms, 2 angry chickens, 1 alarm bot, and 1 wisp…that together with the dust I had accumulated allowed me to craft an Ancient of Lore…allowing me to kick Nourish to the curb (A card that I only put there since I had no ancient of lore).
So anyways 2 epics, 3 rares, 1 common and 135 dust to craft 1 epic. It doesn’t sit well, like an impulse buy that you regret later. Did I make the right choice?
I tried playing a Shadowform priest for a while. Too unreliable, and as all the priest cards are built around the heal mechanic, you are handicapping yourself.
Yeah that’s the thing with shadowform, you are stuck in it…and none of the priest cards go with it. Then it is also 3 mana just to go into shadowform, which is pretty pricy. If shadowform effected cards that restore health also (like soulpriest), then it could be pretty good…you could really build a killer deck around that.
