This sounds like fun Mustain. I’m in with Halfro and Blitzfu. Perhaps we should have 6 man lobbies with the 2 teams for continuity and efficiency, and also for first hand witnesses. And when 2 members of the same team faces each other, 1 player just lets the same team member win until an opposing team player turn comes up, then document the result, and so on.
Also having a chat room with the concerned teams would be good.

This is interesting. So many free agents. You guys should send private messages to other free agents who showed interest in forming a team and recruit them. I strongly suggest you play them online first and test their skills, that way no one feels cheated.
Just we’re clear, we’ll be using T3R’s idea: when two teams are about to play, they should all join a 6 people room, then join a text chat room. To avoid confusion, ONLY the 6 people playing should be in the chat room to avoid confusion. The host should be the person who’s supposed to play first. We then rotate accordingly: if it’s not your turn to play, lose the match intentionally to let the next opponent play.
Once again, if you have suggestions on how to make this process easier, let’s hear them. This is all in good fun. Life is serious enough as it is.

I would say, you can still make a main list of free agents on your first post so that way people don’t have to dig through and even post what type of skill level they are.
