Having issues with the PS3/PC Zero Delay USB Encoder PCB

So I’m trying to connect it to my pc but its not working. The power led blinks three times then fades out. My computer(running windows10) is recognizing it but its under “unknown usb device” I was wondering if anyone else has had this issue or any fix for it. Wondering if i got a bad one. Sounds like you may have a bad one, try it on another PC if you can.

It’s a serious problem with Windows 10 users. Most of the users haven’t upgraded or updated their USB drivers for a long time, You might try disabling fast boot. These solutions work perfectly for me and my friends.

Or you could have a damaged USB cable
