You accused the game’s devs of possibly being neo-nazis without any base for doing so and claim the game is Postal without the humor even though the original game had an identical tone to this one. If you don’t want to be called out for this happen of thing then you should know what your talking about before hitting reply.
Just leave him alone Hawkingbird. Can’t you see he’s obviously trying to live up to his mentor Raz0r? You know what we do to Raz0r whenever he goes on his trolling spree.
I want this game. I hope it includes blacks, gays, transsexuals, Mexicans, Muslim, natives, Christians, Asians, etc in there for slaughter. All people must feel the wrath.
@crucades, I shit on mexicqns more than anybody else. I really don’t say shit about gays except throw the fa66ot word around. And any body who grew up in the same time period who hasn’t been emasculated by political correctness or social warriors movements throws it around to. So…
From what I’ve seen from the trailers this far it looks pretty tame compared to older “shock” games like Harvester/Postal etc. We’ll see when it’s released if it lives up to the hype though.
heh, this brings back memories now… I remember a moment in Postal where you throw a napalm/explosive thing on a marching band as the parade was going on… the shit was hilarious, man. The character you play in that game was a prime, top-quality murderous asshole, and I loved every minute of it. I never played the later games though… and sadly my copy of Postal just stopped working one day… still not even sure what was up with that.
GTA and the other “crime sandbox” games have let us do the same things for many years though …and the general media eventually came around to being “ok” with those games existing at this point.
heh, first time I played the original Saint’s Row-- I was just imagining my character as a serial killer, often with a certain theme, like only killing people with a knife, or dressed up like Ronald McDonald thanks to the character creation options…shooting random women in the gut with the pimp-cane shotgun… oh then in part 2 we had the septic tank truck and could actually kill people with a high-powered shit-juice cannon [that’s gonna leave a (skid)mark! “Kobe–tell me how my ass taste! Ok everybody…”]… good times were had, yes yes…
I don’t understand how this is THE murder simulator. Are you new to video games? You’re new to video games.
Funny thing is, how of all games to be blamed for being violent, how did something like Hotline Miami slip the radar? A game where you you are just killing people and nothing more. And the game even mocks you into thinking you thought there was some deep meaning behind it, when really, you just killed for no reason, also implying that you had fun doing. Shit, it had a combo system in how fast you got kills within a small amount of time offering bonus points.
In short; there was a type of game like this before (Postal 1’s ending was completely fucked up), and the only problem I have with this game is that the character sounds stupid. If it’s fun, it’s fun. If it’s not, then it’s not.
In murder mystery stores, someone’s gotta get murdered. Jus’ sayin’. People over here protesting Matlock and Angela Lansbury over some violent content.
Probably the best recent example of this being the ADL’s childish tantrum over the game Sonderkommando, which sent the developers into hiding after causing them severe emotional distress. Funny how a game about jewish concentration camp agents rising up and killing Nazis is “antisemitic” :eyeroll: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=g7cg443YR0o
EDITbtw@Ass_Crimson: The game was called Ethnic Cleansing, the actual title would’ve sufficed instead of a failed attempt at cleverness with the RE franchise.
Not gonna lie, between Tumblr, hipsters, feminists, and politics, I’m kind of sick of the gaywashing.
On topic, with all of the murder simulator’s out there, you think that people would turn a blind eye to something like this when they come to the conclusion that this game has no further substance.
