I ordered an arcade stick from them. to be specific the new hori stick for xbox 360
and it hasnt come in yet. Does anyone when i might get it?

I have ordered in the past from arcadeshock they are usually very quick to ship. You should call them I remember them being very nice. The phone number is on the website.

anyways, like everything else you buy online, it could take days or weeks so be patient.

i think i remember having good a good experience with them before but it was a while ago.
I’ve ordered a couple MAS sticks from them and they’ve always shipped it out really quickly, like a day or two after I place the order.
I would just call or email them and ask them. It’s possible they didn’t get their shipment yet or a lot of times these stores take more preorders than they can honor.
I ordered a HRAP3 from them last month. Factoring out the holidays, it only took 3 days of shipping.
Like everyone else said I would email them. They might not have gotten their shipment of hrap EX’s yet.
Still waiting to hear word myself. No updates yet. They claimed they would arrive in “Early January” and be shipped “soon thereafter.” Guess not…
i also ordered a hrap 3 from them last month. it came pretty quickly. something must be up. he usually will update the product page when the item is shipping. that’s the way the hrap 3 worked.
Sent an email asking for a product update on the site, but who knows if they’ll actually do it.

The sticks are in customs right now awaiting clearance. They have been there for almost 10 days, so it’s just a matter of days before it’s released to us. Sorry for the delay, but the import customs is out of our hands.

I really like arcade shock. They are expensive, but the service and products are GREAT. I got a Vampire Savior kit, and a Marvel vs Capcom 2 kit form him. Both were shipped quick, and both were in perfect perfect shape. But, he does seem to be a bit high in price.

But i will talk to you about my experience with them, and it was OK. The only problem i’ve had with them is their overexpensive shipping, and how they won’t tell you what options they have for shipping, or lack there of.
about the hrap ex for 360, i talked to trieu about it, and he said the sticks were going to be arriving this week. Now i don’t know if he is talking about the sticks arriving to his warehouse or to us the customers.
Either way, communicate with him, he’s usually pretty good when it comes to ordering.
My experience with arcade shock began in late August of last year. I pre-ordered my HRAP3 from them to get it at the bargain price of $99.99 with free shipping. They estimated that the sticks would be shipped out in November, which was fine with me because I planned to buy a PS3 on black Friday. However, November passed I had my PS3 and still no HRAP3. It wasn’t until around Christmas that my HRAP3 arrived. They claimed that they were awaiting a “fresh batch” from Hori on the website and whenever I emailed them, they told me it would take time as they were still waiting. Still though this was the price I paid for paying less with free shipping so I really had no reason to complain. I just bought two inPin’s from laugh and used my HRAP2SA until the stick finally came.

they’re probably getting the shipment around the same time as Amazon is
lol so ppl are paying extra money for shipping expecting to get the hrap ex before the majority in the US, when in reality we are all getting are sticks the same time but paying more money? that would be a clever scheme by arcade shock…
What extra money? I paid 129.99 at Arcade Shock, same as Amazon.
At this point though, I’m growing pretty impatient. “Early January” has definitely past.
the shipping is way more at arcade shock than it is at amazon…
